We’ve had an ‘eggciting’ time in Woodpeckers making cakes for the school Bake Off competition. We got very creative making rainbows from coloured icing, and had fun constructing chocolate nests complete with mini eggs. Everyone agreed our finished cakes were ‘eggcelent’ and we were joint winners! One student also won an individual prize for their own entry. As well as baking we had a busy couple of weeks horse riding, doing sensory play with rice and balls, and exploring pouring and filling in the water tray. We hope you have a fabulous Easter break and look forward to returning to school to a new topic all about The Jungle!
