Wrens Class

We are a lively class of 6 children.

Sue is our teacher and we have the fantastic Steph, Nadine, Lucy and Dot supporting and helping us achieve our goals in everything we do.

Our days are busy and through the year we participate in a wide range of activities including literacy, numeracy, phonics, sensory play,  cookery, art, swimming sessions and horse riding. We enjoy our PE and Jabadao sessions and we also participate in Forest School which is led by Bex.

Each of us have our own goals to aim for and we work hard every day but we also have lots of fun! We have whole class teaching sessions, smaller group sessions and sometimes work individually.

This term our topic is all about ‘Traditional Stories’. We will be learning all about the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.  Our main learning focus is on communication.  We will be working on our speaking and listening skills and trying our hardest to do great listening whenever we can. We will have lots of time to develop our play skills and we will learn that it is good to share and take turns with our friends.
